We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing billing and collection processes, maintaining direct communication with suppliers and clients, and supporting financial operations across the company. No prior experience is required - this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic startup environment.

• Direct communication with all company suppliers and clients
  

• Managing, executing, and organizing all billing, payments, and collection processes
  

• Issuing invoices and receipts to company clients
  

• Working closely with the company’s bookkeeper
  

• Supporting dedicated finance-related projects as needed
