Role Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technology roles, working closely with strategic clients across the private and public sectors.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through social networks, including LinkedIn
• Conducting in-depth phone interviews
• Accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Managing and advancing candidates with account managers and key clients
• Working with leading organizations in both the private and governmental sectors

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience – mandatory
• Experience in technology recruitment – advantage
• Proven experience conducting in-depth phone interviews
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Sales orientation or commercial mindset – advantage
• High motivation, strong drive to succeed, and desire for professional growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
