Role Description

The role includes providing high-level technical support to end users, including senior stakeholders, while working with advanced technologies and maintaining a strong service-oriented mindset.

You will support desktops, systems, and corporate IT tools, collaborate with international teams, and handle technical issues in a fast-paced global organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support within large organizations

• Experience supporting desktops, printers, and servers, including Active Directory

• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and corporate IT environments

• Familiarity with systems such as Citrix, Mainframe emulators, AD, SCCM, ServiceNow, Zoom, Teams, and Jabber

• Native-level English (spoken and written) – daily work with international users and global teams

• Experience working in a VDI environment (preferably Citrix Director) – advantage
