Responsibilities:
• Providing support and resolving application problems in organizational systems.
• Technical support for computer workstations, installations, hardware problems.
• Handling printers, scanners and peripheral equipment.
• Creating users, managing permissions and ongoing updates.
• Ongoing work with the organization's users.
Requirements
• Previous technical knowledge in the world of computing - mandatory.
• Familiarity with Office and Excel - mandatory.
• Familiarity with the automotive world and/or the Tafnit system - a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networks - an advantage.
• High service awareness, problem-solving ability and independent work.
