Information Technology Support Technician

• Support network connectivity, patch management, and cloud-based applications (M365).

What you’ll bring:

• 1+ years of experience in IT Support or System Administration (Military experience is a plus).
• Strong hands-on experience with laptop/desktop hardware diagnosis and repairs.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Basic networking skills (connectivity troubleshooting, cabling, and port management).
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
