Talent Acquisition Specialist

Quantive is an early-stage recruitment and talent advisory firm in the process of building a professional network of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.

Our mission is to collaborate with senior recruiters and HR leaders to exchange knowledge, explore future partnership opportunities, and build a strong recruitment ecosystem that benefits both clients and candidates.

This role is part of our network-building and collaboration initiative and is designed for professionals who are open to strategic conversations, knowledge sharing, and potential future engagements.

This posting is intended for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists who are interested in connecting with a growing recruitment firm for professional networking, collaboration, and potential future opportunities.

While the role is described as a full-time hybrid position, this is not an immediate employment offer.

The objective is to identify and connect with recruiters who match this profile, understand their background and expertise, and explore possibilities such as:

• Future recruitment projects
• Freelance or contract collaboration
• Knowledge sharing and peer networking
• Long-term employment opportunities as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and hiring processes
• Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills
• Background in employer branding and talent strategy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfort working in hybrid or flexible environments
• Experience with ATS platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
