Head of Engineering

Role Overview-

• A senior leadership position reporting directly to the CTO, balancing strategic long-term vision with intensive Hands-on engineering leadership.
• Leading and mentoring a multi-disciplinary engineering group encompassing Mechanical, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Software, and Integration.
• Serving as the Chief Engineering Authority, responsible for high-level system definition, design decisions, and execution.
• Taking full ownership of System Engineering processes, including requirement management, interface design, and validation.
• Driving the engineering lifecycle from initial concept and R&D through to validation and full-scale production (NPI).
• Leading technical design reviews (PDR/CDR) and managing direct technical relationships with global aerospace and defense clients.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related field) – Mandatory.
• 8+ years of professional experience in multi-disciplinary engineering environments – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in Engineering Leadership or managing high-caliber technical teams.
• Strong background in System Engineering and the development of complex, integrated products.
• Significant advantage: Experience in the Aerospace or Defense industries.
• Experience with safety-critical or highly controlled systems – A significant advantage.
• Exceptional English skills for technical documentation and international collaboration
