Role Description
Freelance Commercial Real Estate Broker for High-Tech Sector.
Location: Central Tel Aviv (On-site)
Engagement: Freelance / Independent Contractor (Invoice-based)
Compensation Model: Success-based only
We are expanding our activity in the high-tech office market and are looking for an ambitious Freelance Commercial Real Estate Broker who wants direct exposure to tech founders, CEOs, VPs, and fast-growing companies.
This role is built for people who want to operate like entrepreneurs, not employees — full ownership over deals, strong earning upside, and real influence on how tech companies choose their offices.
If you enjoy meeting decision-makers, moving fast, and closing meaningful deals in a competitive market — this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Work directly with high-tech companies, startups, scale-ups, and tech executives
Lead office leasing and relocation processes end-to-end
Conduct meetings, property tours, and negotiations in Tel Aviv’s prime office areas
Combine field activity with structured office work
Build long-term relationships within the tech ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For:
●Highly presentable, sharp, and excellent verbal communication skills
●Strong business mindset and ability to manage independent deal flow
●Commitment of at least 8 working hours per day, no weekends
●Licensed real estate broker or willingness to obtain a brokerage license
●Comfortable working in a performance-driven, success-based environment
●Strong Advantages
Mobility with a two-wheeled vehicle
●Background in sales, business development, or high-tech environments
Compensation & Upside:
Success-based compensation only, paid against invoices
Realistic annual earning potential: ₪500,000 – ₪1,000,000
