This position reports to the site’s General Manager, Senior Director Product Development, and is part of the research and development center located in Rehovot, Israel and will be an on-site role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To:
- Supporting Finance and primary accounting activities such as invoices, attendance monthly reporting, work alongside an accounting firm, HR processes and employee onboarding
- Be accountable for all administrative needs (ex. office supply and purchase processes, managing the cleaning staff and maintenance issues, coordinating deliveries from and to the office and everything that is needed for the office to run smoothly).
- Leading diverse projects per global changes
- Office organization and operations
- Welfare activities in the company
- Ensure policies, procedures & standards are properly implemented.
- Experience in working on accounting / bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Excel / Sheets
- Proficient English skills
- Organized and energized
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, attention to details
- Motivation, team player, and excellent human relations.
- Positive attitude “Can do Approach”
- Worked in a global organization
