Located in Tel Aviv, the company operates a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week.

Role Overview-

• Leading an offshore Frontend team of 5 developers based in Ukraine (Remote management).
• Maintaining a high level of technical involvement with approximately 70% Hands-On development.
• Reporting directly to the VP of R&D and taking ownership of the frontend architecture and delivery.
• Managing complex integrations including REST APIs & WebSockets for real-time gaming experiences.
• Driving CI/CD workflows and high-standard packaging for mobile applications.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend development.
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or technical leadership role – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in React and Next.js – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern frontend architectures.
• Proven experience with PWA and packaging web applications for mobile apps.
