The role & The responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our growth strategy and expand our customer base in the Israeli tech ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end sales processes - from lead generation to deal closure - while managing our marketing efforts through external vendors. You will work directly with our executive team (CEO, CTO, and Head of ALM) and have full ownership over the sales pipeline, business development partnerships, and strategic planning.
This is a high-impact, can be high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, campaigns, events, and direct outreach
- Manage full sales pipeline in JIRA - from initial contact to contract signing
- Conduct client meetings, prepare tailored proposals, and close deals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Manage strategic partnerships and develop new business opportunities
- Own the marketing strategy - build annual and quarterly marketing plans, manage external vendors, and ensure execution
- Provide briefs to marketing vendors, approve content before publishing, and track performance
- Develop annual sales & marketing plans and lead weekly executive meetings
- Track and report on KPIs (leads, pipeline, revenue, conversion rates)

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology/SaaS companies
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets - Must
- Experience managing business partnerships and channel sales
- User of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for sales and marketing efficiency
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience managing external vendors (agencies, freelancers)
- Excellent English - written and spoken (for international clients)
- Hebrew - native level
Advantages
- High autonomy - ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure sales (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Technical understanding of DevOps tools and practices
- Experience in marketing content creation (can produce content independently)
- Background in recruitment (can handle hiring internally vs. outsourcing)
- Experience organizing tech events, conferences, or webinars
- Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Confluence, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Office
