Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing and maintaining dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that support decision-making across the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, R&D, and Clinical Studies, to ensure stakeholders have timely, accurate, and meaningful data at their fingertips.

Responsibilities and Authorities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports in Looker Studio and other BI tools.
• Translate business questions into clear, data-driven analyses and solutions.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on metrics and data definitions.
• Perform ad-hoc in-depth analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Contribute to monitoring and improving data quality, ensuring reports are accurate and reliable.
• Authorized to define and recommend data metrics and business KPIs, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Authorized to provide validated data outputs and insights directly to management and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst (or in a similar analytical role).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, scheduled queries, Cloud Storage buckets, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Python for advanced data analysis
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with healthcare/med-tech data.
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
