We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product definition of proteanTecs solutions in ATE and System Test. This role is central to driving innovation in semiconductor testing, bridging deep data and advanced analytics with ATE platforms and system-level validation. You will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and planning of solutions that enhance quality, scalability, and robustness in semiconductor testing.

Position location: in our Haifa or TLV offices, at least one working day at the secondary site (Hybrid model)

Requirements:

An experienced Product Manager with a background in the semiconductor industry with:

• Proven track record of managing complex technical products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows (specific knowledge of ATE platforms and system-level validation is a plus)
• Background in either Yield management, Semiconductor Product engineering, System engineering, and/or data analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  
  

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision for proteanTecs Edge products for ATE and System, aligned with proteanTecs’ strategic objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  
  

Roadmap Ownership

• Build and maintain a roadmap for ATE & system-level applications.
• Prioritize features based on technical feasibility, customer impact, and business value.
  
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with R&D, Algo, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality integrations with leading ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, etc.).
• Partner with Application Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Customer Engagement

• Support technical discussions, demos, and collaborations with key accounts.
• Act as the voice of the customers, translating feedback into actionable requirements.
  
  

Quality & Compliance

• Drive initiatives for standardized test flows, traceability, and compliance with industry standards.
  
  

Performance Monitoring

• Define KPIs for adoption and success; use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
