Psifas Initiative (NGO) is a national flagship project established by government resolution to position Israel at the forefront of the Precision Medicine revolution.

We are creating the largest and most secure clinical-genetic database in Israel, combining genetic samples (whole-genome sequencing) with rich medical and clinical information, enabling researchers in academia and industry to develop drugs, diagnose diseases, and tailor personalized, precise treatments for every patient.

The initiative is a unique collaboration between government ministries, leading universities, and hospitals in the country.

As our IT/Support professional, you will work in a state-of-the-art environment for data management and information security, and use advanced Cloud-IT tools to support our life-saving mission. As a member of our broader R&D group, you will also have the opportunity to develop new skills and expand into additional areas, such as Salesforce/CRM administration and information security.

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator (3+ years) with a deep understanding of Cloud IT environments, combined with a service-first mindset, and a desire to develop and learn new domains. This is a full-time, hybrid position (2 days from home, 3 days from our offices in Bar-Ilan University).

• Cloud IT Administration: Management, monitoring, and operation of cloud IT systems
• Identity Management (IAM): Administration of Okta and Google Workspace for user and group management
• Endpoint Management (MDM): Support & Maintenance of MDM systems (Hexnode) for managing workstations and software distribution
• Business Applications: Management and configuration of IT systems such as Jira and other ticketing / monitoring tools
• Technical Support: Responding to hardware and software issues, performing technical onboarding for new employees, and responsible for procurement and maintenance of endpoint equipment
• Tier-1 Support: Provide assistance in using organizational systems for internal and external customers
• Training: Train and install new application platforms & features as they roll out for internal and external customers

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a System/IT professional in a technology organization
• MDM Experience: Proven practical knowledge in device management (Mac/Windows) through JumpCloud, Hexnode, or similar tools
• SaaS Proficiency: Deep know-how in administration of Google Workspace and Okta
• Familiarity with Jira: Experience in user and permission management in Jira
• Service Orientation: Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Personal Qualities: Highly responsible, organized, and curious to learn new technologies
