Junior Data Analyst

We work closely with analysts to sharpen their analytical thinking, technical execution, and interview readiness, enabling them to operate with confidence in professional data environments.

What will you do at Quantive?
• Develop strong analytical foundations through hands-on work with real-world business cases
• Build end-to-end analytical workflows, from understanding business questions to producing actionable insights
• Work with structured datasets to practice SQL querying, data modeling, and metric definition
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear analytical approaches and narratives
• Collaborate with experienced analysts to review work, receive feedback, and improve decision-making quality
• Learn how to communicate insights effectively to business and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously improve technical proficiency and analytical thinking through guided practice and iteration

Who are you?
• An aspiring or early-career data / BI / product / marketing analyst
• Familiar with SQL and basic data concepts, but looking to gain real-world confidence and fluency
• Comfortable working with data, or highly motivated to become comfortable quickly
• Curious about how analytics is actually used in professional environments
• Looking to improve interview performance, case handling, and on-the-job readiness
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and eager to grow through feedback
