Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the group Chief Marketing Officer and the Product Marketing on strategy and initiatives related to product marketing and product positioning.
- Engage with the cybersecurity industry, staying up to date on trends, competition, and news
- Develop an expert understanding of your product’s target market and buyer personas, to translate technical capabilities into strategic messaging, value propositions, and effective product narratives across marketing channels and buyer journey.
- Partner with cross-company stakeholders to plan and execute GTM strategies and product launches including marketing, product, commercial, and R&D.
- Create engaging and high-quality product and sales collateral including one pagers, sales decks, landing pages, demo videos and more.
- Train company employees on new product messaging, competitive comparison and sales enablement tools.
- Map and monitor competitive landscape to identify Ultra’s unique differentiators, identifying threats and opportunities to support product roadmap.
- Utilize data and insights to have a deep understanding of Ultra’s audience, customer lifecycle, and user behavior.
Candidate Profile
- Native-Level English
- Experience in product marketing or related field, B2B Tech or SaaS preferred (4-5 years)
- Experience in cybersecurity - MUST
- Energetic and passionate about marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in planning product launches and bringing products to market
- Natural collaborator, able to work with stakeholders across teams and regions to reach a common goal
- Highly creative, with an eye for design and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud software - advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, or PR-Related Field)
