Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of impactful features throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies to ensure our product remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through thoughtful analysis and improvement of key components.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Designers, Product Managers, Program Managers, Architects, and Engineers to deliver cohesive and high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and empower team members to grow their technical skills and advance in their careers through knowledge sharing and supportive guidance.
  
  

• At least 10 years of experience as a software Developer in a product company.
• At least 5 years of experience at full stack development.
• Proven ability to lead major developments, acting as the key technology focal point.
• Hands-on experience and deep understanding in Node.js and TypeScript.
• At least 5 years of AWS hands-on experience.
• Experience in building and maintaining cloud large scale systems.
• A remarkable capacity for analysis and problem-solving.
• A team player with strong communication skills, positive attitude and a can-do approach.
• BSc in computer science/software engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Advantage: hands on experience in React.
• Advantage: experience with AI agents and prompt engineering.
