Recruitment Specialist

Job Information:

CBRE is looking for a high-performing Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in mass recruitment, to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering professional growth in a serious, well-established organization.

This is a full-time position based at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak.

A hybrid work option will be offered following an initial onboarding period.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end mass recruitment processes for technical service and operational roles
• Manage high hiring volumes while maintaining quality and timelines
• Work independently and proactively with internal stakeholders
• Develop new sourcing and recruitment channels.
• Support recruitment reporting, tracking, and employer branding activities

What You Will Deliver

• A high quality candidate pipeline.
• An exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Clear and analyzable records in CBRE global ATS.
• Ongoing integration and engagement of hiring managers as active participants of the hiring process.

What You’ll Need

• At least 2 years of proven experience in mass recruitment (e.g. production, logistics, cleaning, technical service roles)
• Good command of English – mandatory
• Strong Excel skills – mandatory
• High level of independence, accountability, and process ownership
• Canva proficiency – an advantage (for recruitment marketing / visuals)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
