Information Technology Manager

Job Information:

CBRE Israel is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the local technology operations and drive our evolving digital strategy. This role owns all IT systems, infrastructure, service partners, and technology delivery supporting our operational and financial functions. You will act as the key technology partner for local business leaders, ensuring our platforms, tools, and services effectively enable business growth.

This is a full-time position based at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring reliability, security, and high service quality across all systems (ERP, Finance systems, Web platforms, service tools).
• Translate business needs into technology priorities and product roadmaps in partnership with local leaders and regional D&T teams.
• Drive implementation of technology changes, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage external IT vendors and service desk partners, ensuring performance, SLAs, and contract value.
• Own the local IT budget and support long‑term technology planning.
• Identify skills, capabilities, and processes needed to support a scalable, modern IT environment.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years’ experience in IT management, digital/product leadership, or similar roles.
• Proven experience supporting the implementation of the PRIORITY system within an organization and building integrations with other systems (such as Malam Payroll, VISIT, Refundly, MyTower, CarPro, and others).
• Proven ability to leverage technology to drive business results.
• Hands‑on experience with digital transformation, IT projects, and service desk management.
• Experience executing technology change in operational business environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business, finance, or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking, customer orientation, and collaborative leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, multi‑stakeholder, global environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in finance, real estate, facilities management, software engineering, or ERP systems (implementation or continuous improvement).
• Broad exposure to multiple industries or technology domains.
