Compliance Officer

Colmex, a global company operating an advanced trading platform for the capital markets, is seeking a Compliance Officer to join its Compliance Department.

As part of the company’s continued growth and expansion of its global activities, this role is intended to strengthen the compliance framework, expand oversight and controls, and establish structured, efficient, and regulation-aligned processes across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across the organization

• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and controls to identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement

• Provide professional guidance and ongoing support to employees and managers on compliance and regulatory matters

• Support the development and delivery of compliance training and the reinforcement of an organizational compliance culture

• Assist in updating policies, procedures, and internal controls in response to regulatory changes

• Track regulatory developments and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned

Requirements:

• Proven experience in compliance, regulatory oversight, or internal audit

• LL.B and a valid attorney license

• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory frameworks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew; good command of English

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a financial, institutional, or public organization

• Familiarity with capital markets regulation and compliance

• Experience working with regulatory authorities (e.g., Securities Authority, Capital Markets Authority)
