Compliance Analyst

Financial Institutions Relations & Compliance Analyst, Investments Division

Responsible for the day-to-day handling of the investment division's relationships with banks, brokers, custodians and other financial institutions in Israel and abroad, alongside end-to-end handling of the KYC/AML and compliance requirements arising from investment activity.

The role combines work with external counterparties and the ability to drive internal stakeholders end-to-end, consolidate information and documentation from multiple sources, investment tracks open requirements, and provide professional and accurate responses in both Hebrew and English.

Relationships with banks and financial institutions

● Support competitive processes (quotations and RFPs) with banks and brokers across multiple cycles

● Manage the ongoing relationship with banks, brokers, custodians and financial institutions in Israel and abroad

● Support bank account opening processes and new and continuing engagements

● Consolidate and handle forms, account details, SSI and information required for activity with financial institutions

● Work alongside the business units in the investments division and with legal, compliance, operations and other internal functions

● Obtain current deposit quotations from banks

● Provide professional support to the trading rooms teams in managing operational interfaces with banks

KYC / AML and compliance

● Ongoing responsibility for handling KYC/AML requests and compliance questionnaires received from financial institutions

● Complete questionnaires, consolidate responses, and handle follow-up questions through to closure

● Compile corporate documentation - holding structure, UBO, controlling shareholders, directors, officers and authorised signatories

● Handle documentation and proof of agency requirements, certified copies, signatures and legal approvals

● Consolidate the financial and operational data required, including AUM/NAV and information on investment entities, funds, partnerships and accounts

● Ongoing management of document validity, signatures and approvals, and drive the relevant parties to completion

● Engage legal, compliance or professional functions

● Conduct negotiation and engagement processes with financial institutions in Israel and abroad

● Monitor regulatory AML requirements applicable to the investments division

● Coordinate the handling of divisional operational failure events
