The Role

We’re looking for a Social Marketing Manager to own and scale Genpire’s social presence, creative output, and UGC motion. This role blends social strategy, hands-on content creation, AI-powered creatives, and community-led growth.

You’ll work closely with product, growth, and founders to turn product moments into content — and content into momentum.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow Genpire’s social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok as needed)
• Plan and execute a consistent social and content calendar
• Create, edit, and publish social content using AI creative tools (images, video, copy)
• Launch and manage UGC campaigns with creators, designers, and users
• Turn product features, demos, and launches into social-first narratives
• Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, and creators
• Test formats, hooks, and creative angles to drive reach and engagement
• Track performance and iterate based on data and insights
• Help define and evolve Genpire’s brand voice across channels

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in social, content, or brand marketing
• Proven experience running social channels and UGC campaigns
• Hands-on with AI creative tools (image, video, copy generation)
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
• Creative + analytical mindset — you test, learn, and optimize
• Startup mentality: fast, independent, and ownership-driven
• Bonus: experience with SaaS, AI products, or creator platforms
