About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our rapidly growing EMEA Commercial sales team.
You will manage a mixed territory of hundreds of new logo prospects, and existing customers, driving the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract signature. You will be the face of CrowdStrike to prospective customers, educating them on the evolving threat landscape and positioning our Falcon platform as the industry-leading solution.
This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about cybersecurity.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute the full sales cycle for new logo prospects and existing customers in your assigned territory
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
- Generate your pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting activities
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events)
- Research and identify high-value prospects within your territory
- Book and conduct qualified discovery meetings
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand customer pain points, security posture, and business objectives
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (CISOs, IT Directors, Security Teams)
- Build and execute account strategies using MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
- Partner with Sales Engineers, Channel & Alliances, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive customer outcomes
- Share best practices and contribute to team success
- Represent CrowdStrike at industry events and conferences
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota overachievement
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition in complex, consultative sales environments
- Experience selling to C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with demonstrated ability to self-generate pipeline
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodology
- Experience with security operations, endpoint protection, or threat intelligence solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Track record of President's Club or top performer recognition
