IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager (Azure | SaaS)

A global company in the Sharon area is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations while remaining technically involved. This role combines team leadership, production responsibility, and hands-on infrastructure work in a global SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage IT infrastructure (Azure + on-prem) in a production SaaS environment.
•Stay hands-on with Azure services including AKS, identity services, WAF, Application Gateway, storage, and managed databases.
•Own production operations: monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, patching, backups, and uptime.
•Manage and mentor a small IT / infrastructure team, including prioritization and task ownership.
•Work with global IT stakeholders, follow corporate standards, and deliver operational reporting.
•Drive security best practices across infrastructure, identity, and endpoints.
•Manage vendors and external IT service providers, including SLAs and negotiations.
•Improve infrastructure reliability, performance, and operational processes.

Requirements:
•At least 5 years of proven experience managing IT / infrastructure operations in a production environment, preferably in SaaS.
•Strong hands-on expertise with Azure (AKS, identity services, WAF, Application Gateway, storage, SQL Managed Instances).
•Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSL certificates, and networking fundamentals.
•Experience with security and monitoring tools (e.g., Tenable, Sophos, Fortigate, •CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Tanium or similar).
•Strong understanding of HTTP principles and web application security.
•Experience working in a global company environment, including reporting and corporate guidelines.
•Leadership experience (team management, mentoring, stakeholder communication).
•Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
•Fluent Hebrew and English (mandatory).
