Engineering Manager

Located in the Central District, operating a hybrid model with two days per week from home.

Role Overview-

• Reporting to the VP Data, overseeing a high-caliber engineering department, including the management of organic team leads.
• Taking full ownership of the Real-Time Core of the system, managing infrastructure that handles billions of events daily and millions of events per minute.
• Strategic leadership role featuring high-level architectural design, POCs for emerging technologies, and technical mentorship.
• Driving innovation by introducing new architectural patterns and ensuring the highest standards of code quality and system reliability.

Requirements-

• 10 years of experience in Java development, with deep expertise in Spring Boot.
• 5 years of experience specifically within the AdTech industry – Mandatory.
• 4 years of experience in senior engineering management, specifically leading departments of 10-20 employees.
• Proven track record in building and scaling complex SaaS platforms.
• Deep technical background in Data Engineering, Big Data, and Large Scale systems.
• Extensive experience with distributed systems and high-throughput/low-latency architectures.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technological field
