🚀 We’re Hiring: Data Manager 📊🤖
We’re looking for a Data Leader to own and lead our end-to-end organizational Data domain.
This is a key role with real impact — building a new, AI-enabled Data platform, defining advanced Data & BI architecture, and driving strategic initiatives while working closely with senior leadership.
🔍 What will your day look like?
✨ Lead the design, setup, and development of an enterprise Data Warehouse & Data Platform
✨ Own Snowflake & Tableau at the architecture, methodology, and implementation level
✨ Manage, mentor, and professionally lead Data team members
✨ Define and drive Data methodologies, standards, and best practices
✨ Work cross-functionally with senior management, IT, and business units
✨ Manage vendors and external partners
✨ Lead the AI Data domain, including the implementation of advanced AI infrastructures
🎯 What are we looking for?
✅ Proven experience with Snowflake & Tableau, including architecture and advanced BI
✅ Experience building or modernizing Data Warehouses & Data Platforms
✅ Experience managing people and providing professional leadership
✅ Deep understanding of Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics
✅ Experience or strong knowledge in AI infrastructures within Data environments – a big plus 🤖
✅ Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
