Data Manager

A leading organization in its field is looking for a Data Manager to lead a broad, multidisciplinary team in large-scale environments and establish engineering excellence.

The role includes defining and executing the Data Technology Roadmap, transitioning to modern platforms such as Lakehouse or Data Warehouse in an AWS environment, leading Data Governance models, optimizing high-availability data ingestion and storage infrastructures, and serving as a strategic partner to research and innovation teams in developing advanced data products based on Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree – an advantage)
• 3+ years of experience managing large technology teams or multiple data functions in large-scale environments
• 5+ years of professional experience in data-related fields, including Data Engineering, Data Platforms, and BI
• Deep proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with AWS and modern data platforms (or equivalent cloud environments)
• Proven experience working with healthcare data, clinical data, or Real-World Data (RWD), along with familiarity with data governance and privacy frameworks
• Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning, and BI/analytics tools
