Now Hiring: Operations Manager - Service Division | Industrial Company

The Service Division of one of Israel’s leading companies in electro-mechanical solutions, industrial cooling, and air conditioning is in the midst of a large-scale technological and organizational transformation.

We are looking for a strong Operations Manager with a clear technological orientation, who can lead the division’s logistical and operational array—from field operations to the ERP system—and build smart, measurable, and execution-oriented tools to enable advanced service operations.

About The Role

Operational Optimization:

Manage field service operations, improve SLAs, and increase first-time fix rates.

Digital Transformation Leadership

Define and implement advanced management tools - CRM, FSM, data platforms, and dashboards.

Smart Logistics Management

End-to-end responsibility for the supply chain supporting technicians, including inventory, vehicles, shipping, and critical spare parts.

Control & Measurement

Develop and manage KPIs, analyze processes, generate insights, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in senior operations roles; preference for field service companies, infrastructure, or heavy industry.

Education

Relevant bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering & Management / Logistics / Business Administration) - a significant advantage.

Technology

Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems (Priority/SAP preferred) and experience working with FSM solutions.

Soft Skills

Change leadership, strong business acumen, matrix management experience, and the ability to engage and motivate people through change.
