Technical Support Representative | Global High-Tech Company | Rosh HaAyin
A leading global high-tech company located in Rosh HaAyin is looking for motivated graduates in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields to join its Technical Support team.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a technological environment, work with advanced systems, and grow within a global organization.
What will you do?
• Provide remote technical support to the company’s customers
• Handle support requests via phone and ticketing system
✔ A comprehensive 3-month training program, including professional courses and on-the-job shadowing, will be provided to successful candidates.
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – required
• Willingness to work in shift-based schedule, including weekends (Friday & Saturday)
✨ Previous technical support experience – an advantage (not required)
