Haigud is a governmental company working with MASHAV in leading Israel's efforts in empowering individuals and communities in need by sharing tools and expertise to achieve sustainable development and transformation within their own societies.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Jerusalem for a Social Media and Publications Lead. The role involves managing social media channels, developing and executing social media strategies, and optimizing content to ensure engagement and reach. Responsibilities include creating and curating content, overseeing publication schedules, implementing social media optimization techniques, and coordinating communication efforts. The Social Media and Publications Lead will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the Ministry's public relations and communication goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to build and manage online presence effectively.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create engaging content and convey messages clearly to various audiences.
• Experience in Content Strategy to plan, design, and implement cohesive and impactful content campaigns across platforms.
• Proven ability to stay updated on social media trends, tools, and analytics to optimize performance.
• Proficiency in managing publications and other forms of external communications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with international relations, foreign policy, and cultural diplomacy is an advantage.
