Role Description

We’re looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join our talented and dynamic team — someone who is curious, analytical, and highly motivated to start their career in performance marketing and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple media platforms
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into optimizations
• Work with advanced monitoring, tracking, and analytics tools
• Assist in managing real budgets for real clients
• Learn A/B testing and performance optimization methodologies
• Work closely with experienced Campaign Managers and receive hands-on training

• Good Excel skills — Must
• Strong interest in data, marketing, and performance-driven work — Must
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field — Advantage
• Digital marketing / PPC course or certification — Advantage
• Any hands-on experience with Google Ads or other PPC platforms — Advantage (not required)
