Junior System Reliability Engineer

We're looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and motivated Junior System Reliability Engineer to join our support team. If you're passionate about Linux, eager to learn cloud and infrastructure technologies, and love digging into technical issues — this is your chance to grow with us. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and customers to troubleshoot, upgrade, and improve our product experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Perform basic system maintenance and software upgrades
• Analyze logs and system behavior under guidance
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and escalate complex cases
• Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
• Continuously build knowledge in cloud, storage, and automation technologies
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or system admin role - A must
• Relevant academic or professional studies
• Familiarity with Linux (you enjoy tinkering and understanding how things work)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or GCP is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English - Written and verbal
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus
• A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
