Manager, Software Engineering - NVS

NVIDIA is looking for an excellent software first-level manager to join the NSV (Network Solutions Validation) group. In this role, you will lead major development efforts of high-performing software automation systems for NVIDIA's Data Center environments—driving data growth for some of the world’s largest companies. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside dedicated engineers worldwide. Are you ready for the challenge?

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Champion Agile methodologies and Scrum guidelines, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and collaborators to define priorities, refine requirements, and align on strategic technical goals.
• Design and develop an automation platform for benchmarking, monitoring, and analyzing HPC data centers.
• Perform Data analysis and data engineering on benchmarking results.
• Integrate with external large-scale data storage solutions
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI
• Develop AI infrastructure and agent-based solutions to improve usability, observability, and debuggability
  
  

What We Need To See

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years as a Team Lead, Scrum Master or similar leadership role.
• 8+ overall years of relevant experience in software development or technical environments.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and guidelines for distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and motivate engineers.
• Experience in planning, tracking, and delivering projects.
  
  

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Experience in the networking domain.
• Exposure to Generative and agent-based AI development.
• M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
