The Mission

As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you’re the one making sure GlassesUSA.com is everywhere. You aren't just checking off a list of names; you’re the person who knows exactly which creators our audience actually watches.

You’ll move past boring, one-off posts to build a squad of creators who genuinely love our frames and know how to sell them. Whether it’s a viral TikTok transition, a YouTube tech deep-dive, or a high-fashion IG reel, you’ll be the person behind the scenes making it happen—balancing cool content with real results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the Show: Own our influencer campaigns from start to finish across TikTok, IG, and YouTube.
• Scouting Talent: Find the creators who "get" us. You’ll be hunting for the perfect mix of big names and rising stars who align with our vibe.
• Making Connections: You’ll be the main point of contact for creators and agencies. We want real relationships, not just transactional emails.
• The Art of the Deal: Handle the outreach, negotiate the rates, and make sure everyone is on the same page with contracts and FTC rules.
• Checking the Numbers: Keep an eye on the data (CPA, ROAS, etc.) to see what’s working and how we can do it better next time.
• Creative Directing: Help creators understand our brand, then let them do what they do best—making content that doesn't feel like an ad.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Flawless English: You need to be a pro at English, period. You can write a DM that gets a response and a professional email that gets a deal signed without breaking a sweat. (Required)
• Social Media Obsessed: You spend way too much time on your FYP. You know the trends, the sounds, and the "it" creators before they're mainstream.
• The Hustle: You don't wait for instructions. You’re a self-starter who knows how to pitch, persuade, and get things moving.
• Data-Curious: You don't need to be a math genius, but you should want to know why a campaign worked and how to track the sales.
