Marketing Graphic Designer

Our business model relies on identifying undervalued properties, managing acquisitions, streamlining transactions, and maximizing revenue opportunities across multiple US markets. We are now looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to own and lead our design efforts across online and offline channels, manage creative teams, and push our visual output to the next level.
Role Overview.
The Marketing Graphic Designer is a senior, hands-on creative leader responsible for overseeing all visual design across the company.
This role sits at the intersection of branding, performance marketing, and production, collebrating with graphic designers and video editors while personally contributing to key assets. You will ensure visual consistency, speed, and quality across digital campaigns, websites, and large-scale offline media such as TV and billboards.
You will work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing, Product, and Field teams to translate strategy into execution - fast, clean, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage graphic designers and video editors (in-house, freelance, and external vendors).
- Own task distribution, prioritization, feedback loops, and quality control.
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising creative standards.
2. Online Design Execution
- Design and oversee assets for:
- Websites and landing pages
- Static and video ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok)
- Email designs and marketing materials
- Ensure performance-driven design that balances brand and conversion.
3. Offline & Large-Scale Media
- Design and manage creative for:
- TV commercials
- Billboards and OOH
- Direct mail postcards
- Print ads and other offline materials
- Maintain consistency between offline and online brand presence.
4. Branding & Rebranding
- Own visual brand consistency across multiple brands and markets.
- Lead rebranding initiatives, visual systems, and creative guidelines.
- Ensure every asset aligns with brand tone, positioning, and market context.
5. AI & Advanced Production Tools
- Actively use AI tools to accelerate and scale creative production.
- Integrate AI video creation, editing, and enhancement into workflows.
- Stay up to date with new creative tools and continuously optimize processes.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and performance teams.
- Translate briefs into clear creative execution plans.
- Support rapid testing, iteration, and scaling of winning creatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior graphic designer / design lead / creative lead – Must.
- Strong experience managing designers and video editors – Must.
- Deep understanding of both online and offline design – Must.
- Extensive hands-on experience with tools and platforms including:
- Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
- CapCut, Kapwing
- AI tools such as Veo3 / Nano Banana, Creatify, MaxFusion, MakeUGC, Revid, Submagic (or similar)
- Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, and rebranding processes.
- Fluent English – written and spoken – Required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment.
