Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Marketing Designer with a focus on digital design to join our team. As part of a talented and supportive group of professionals, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving and collaborative company. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of various digital marketing projects, from concept to completion maintaining a high design standard. Our ideal candidate has a passion for design and marketing, the ability to think critically about campaigns, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• Shape and evolve the company’s brand, visual identity, and tone of voice.
• Lead the design and execution of digital marketing materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media assets, digital ads, and video story-telling.
• Leverage AI and new tools to enhance creative quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and R&D to create data-driven, high-impact designs.
• Continuously optimize designs, track performance, and refine for better engagement and ROI.
  
  

Requirements

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience in digital design within B2C companies, with a deep understanding of digital marketing and creative processes.
• Your portfolio showcases expertise in branding, digital marketing, ads, emails, and website/mobile design.
• Highly skilled in Figma, with proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• You excel at using data, metrics, and user feedback to refine and improve creative assets.
• A strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and articulates design decisions clearly.
• A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to craft compelling and impactful visuals.
• You are tech-savvy, with experience using landing page builders (Advantage).
