The Role We are looking for a proactive Retention Strategist & Account Manager to join our team in Matam, Haifa. We value marketing intuition, the ability to lead processes, and a "jump into the water" attitude. In this role, you will take full ownership of client relationships and marketing strategies, learning new systems quickly and initiating growth opportunities independently.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end retention strategies, from customer journey mapping to full execution.
• Manage multiple marketing campaigns, coordinating between creative teams and diverse client stakeholders.
• Analyze data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize LTV.
• Act as a professional consultant, leading client meetings and maintaining high-level communication.
• Research and implement new AI tools and workflows to constantly upgrade our marketing processes.
• Own the "why" behind every move—understanding how to turn a single purchase into long-term loyalty.
• Navigate and lead complex projects from a blank page to a successful launch.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven experience in building and managing marketing processes and strategies.
• High level of professional communication and the ability to lead people and processes.
• A fast, independent learner who thrives when jumping into the deep end of new technologies.
• A proactive, "can-do" approach with a natural tendency to take initiative and solve problems.
• Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of marketing metrics and ROI.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Braze, Shopify, or similar marketing automation tools is a plus (but not a requirement).
• Background in E-commerce, Tourism, or Tech sectors is an advantage.
• Passion for research and staying ahead of industry trends and AI innovations.
