Prompt Engineer (Python & AI/LLM)

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our team and help build the engine behind our autonomous sales CRM.

At Sellence, we are building AI agents capable of conducting real-time negotiations, understanding customer needs, and closing deals independently. The core of our challenge is engineering a system that masters the art of persuasion and complex sales logic.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level social intelligence and technical AI implementation. You will be responsible for the daily optimization of our agents - ensuring they are fast, high-quality, and drive real sales impact for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and test prompt strategies: Craft and optimize complex prompts that drive personalized, persuasive sales flows, focusing on social nuances and human psychology.
• Analytical Performance Optimization: Analyze conversation logs and performance data across different customer segments. Identify patterns in successful vs. unsuccessful interactions and iterate to improve sales outcomes.
• Daily Execution & Quality: Work in a high-velocity environment to continuously improve AI reasoning, response latency, and conversational accuracy.
• Agentic Orchestration: Use Python to integrate prompt chains, memory management, and RAG-based context into our production environment.
• LLM Research: Experiment with and deploy the latest techniques (CoT, ReAct, etc.) from leading providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini to maintain our competitive edge.

What we are looking for

• Technically Strong & Python Proficient: Solid hands-on experience with Python and modern development environments. You know how to build tools to test and automate your work.
• Socially Intelligent: You have a deep understanding of social dynamics and the “art of the sell.” You can translate human persuasion tactics into logical prompt instructions.
• AI Tinkerer: You are obsessed with the LLM space. Whether through professional experience or personal side projects, you have built agents and experimented with AI orchestration via code.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to look at analytical slices (successful vs. failing clients) and translate business insights into technical prompt improvements.
• Fast Learner: A high-flyer with the ability to pick up new technologies and sales methodologies at startup speed.
• Academic Foundation: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
