Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The Resource Development Coordinator will manage and implement strategies to secure funding and resources for the organization. Responsibilities include planning and executing fundraising campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with donors and partners, coordinating events, conducting community outreach, and developing communication materials to promote the organization's mission and impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Resource Development and Fundraising
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Experience and skill in Event Planning and organizing impactful campaigns
• Capability in Community Outreach, fostering connections, and increasing community engagement
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is highly desirable
• Familiarity with working in non-profit or community-focused organizations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a relevant field
