Product Manager

Company Description

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong Go to Market (GTM) focus to lead product launches, field enablement, and customer-facing product communications. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Documentation—owning the planning, execution, and effectiveness of how we bring new capabilities to market.

You will ensure that our teams and customers clearly understand what we’re building, why it matters, and how to get value from it. You’ll lead cross-functional launch programs, develop high-impact content, and drive adoption through thoughtful messaging and delivery.

Role Description

Launch Leadership & Market Readiness

• Own end-to-end launch planning, tiering, and cross-functional coordination.

• Develop and maintain a holistic launch calendar across product areas.

• Drive creation and accuracy of release notes, “What’s New,” and “Coming Soon” updates.

• Partner with Product & Engineering to validate functionality, timelines, UX flows, and readiness.

• Ensure in-app announcements, lifecycle communications, and activation paths are consistent and effective.

Sales & CS Enablement

• Create and maintain high-quality enablement collateral (pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, FAQs, solution briefs).

• Deliver internal training sessions and develop repeatable modules for Sales, CS, and Support.

Customer-Facing Content & Education

• Own or oversee updates to online help content, product documentation, tutorials, and how to guides.

• Produce or direct creation of screenshots, walkthrough videos, GIFs, and demo snippets.

• Collaborate with Documentation and Support to maintain consistency in taxonomy, terminology, and style across channels.

Webinars, Demos & External Presentations

• Lead planning, scripting, and delivery of customer webinars, deep-dives, and product showcases.

• Manage demo environments and data for accuracy, stability, and narrative clarity.

• Partner with PMM and Sales Engineering to maintain aligned demo storylines across the company.

Process Management & Cross-Functional Governance

• Maintain launch frameworks, checklists, approvals, and source-of-truth GTM documentation.

• Champion internal alignment across Product, PMM, Sales, Support, Legal, Brand, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a related role.

• Proven success leading cross-functional releases, GTM programs, or adoption initiatives.

• Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills—able to distill complex features into clear narrative value.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with product analytics dashboards.

• Experience with enablement, documentation, and collaboration tools (Confluence, webinar tools).

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and diplomatic approach to cross-functional collaboration.T industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
