Systems Analyst and Data Project Manager

Malam Team is recruiting an experienced Data Systems Analyst to join a leading, professional data team within a large and well-established organization.

The role includes leading end-to-end data projects - from requirements analysis and system design, through defining the technological solution, to implementation and deployment in complex production environments.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing advanced data solutions, working with diverse source systems, defining real-time data processing flows, translating business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, and working closely with both business and technology stakeholders. The position requires strong system-level thinking and adherence to high professional standards.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in data systems analysis and management of technological projects
• Proven experience in designing complex data systems in SQL and NoSQL environments, including advanced proficiency in SQL and writing complex queries and stored procedures
• Hands-on experience working with data and defining data processes
• Experience in gathering and defining business and technical requirements, working with clients and business stakeholders, and managing prioritization processes
• Experience in writing functional and technical specification documents, including Source-to-Target (S2T) mappings
