Learning Developer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Learning Developer to design and develop impactful learning experiences that support organizational growth. This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, suitable for an independent contractor

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage digital learning materials including e‑learning modules, videos, presentations, interactive trainings, and customized learning programs.
• Create engaging learning experiences using advanced tools such as Articulate Storyline, Genially, Canva, PowerPoint, and AI-based tools to enhance learner engagement.
• Develop and continuously improve training programs and curricula based on employee needs, organizational goals, and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including Product, Development, UX/UI, Compliance, Legal, and Management teams.
• Support organizational learning processes in a fast‑paced, technology-driven environment with mostly automated operations.
• Ensure all learning solutions align with the bank’s goals, regulatory standards, and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status in Israel (Registered/Exempt Dealer) – required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Learning Developer or Instructional Designer in organizational environments; experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Instructional Design, Learning Management, and digital content development.
• Hands-on experience with Storyline and/or Camtasia.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic, tech-forward work environment.
• Creativity and strong pedagogical thinking.
• Significant advantage: Experience using AI for educational content creation; understanding of financial or banking processes.
