Lead Frontend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our engineering team and take ownership of the design and implementation of user-facing web applications. In this role, you will lead frontend architecture, drive best practices, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-centric products.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, and will have a strong influence on both technical decisions and the overall user experience.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
• Lead frontend architectural decisions, including component design, state management, and performance optimization.
• Translate product and UX requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Drive consistency in UI, styling, and frontend standards across the product.
• Identify and address performance, scalability, and usability challenges.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level frontend developers, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies, tools, and trends, and proactively introduce improvements where relevant.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience building complex, production-grade web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership, lead initiatives, and make architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
