Mechanical Specialist

We are at AgriPass, transforming sustainable agriculture with autonomous field machines that combine robotics, AI, and edge computing.

We are looking for a highly hands-on Mechanical Engineer who can own both detailed mechanical design and system-level engineering of complex multidisciplinary products.

This role combines SolidWorks-based mechanical design, production-oriented thinking, and system engineering responsibilities such as requirements definition, architecture, and risk analysis.

Mechanical & Systems Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Design mechanical parts and assemblies in SolidWorks – from concept to production-ready drawings
• Lead mechanical design with a strong focus on manufacturability, assembly, and cost
• Define system requirements and specifications based on product and business needs
• Perform system-level architecture and risk analysis
• Define and integrate system modules such as sensors, power supplies, communication interfaces, and UI components
• Work closely with electrical, software, and product teams on system integration
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and transition to production

What should you have:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks and production-oriented mechanical design
• Experience taking products from concept through manufacturing
• System-level mindset with the ability to define specs, interfaces, and risks
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems (electro-mechanical products, robotics, automation, etc.)
• Independent, proactive, and strong communicator
