A rapidly scaling gaming startup is looking for a VP Finance to join the executive team and own finance end-to-end.

⚠️ This role is not suitable for Corporate / Enterprise-only backgrounds

⚠️ Gaming startup experience is mandatory

🔹 Full ownership of finance across multiple global entities

🔹 Building scalable finance processes from scratch – not maintaining legacy

🔹 Strategic partnership with CEO & executive team

🔹 Ownership of gaming KPIs: ARR, Churn, CAC, LTV

🔹 Hands-on leadership of fundraising & investor relations

🔹 Building and mentoring a finance team – while staying operationally involved

🔹 Is a CPA with VP Finance / Finance Director experience

🔹 Has proven gaming startup experience (Series A-C) – must-have

🔹 Has worked with global teams across US time zones

🔹 Is fluent in US GAAP + international standards

🔹 Has hands-on experience with NetSuite / SAP / similar systems

🔹 Deeply understands gaming monetization & business models

🔹 Is both strategic and execution-driven
