About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us grow our customer base. As the first touchpoint in our sales funnel, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new leads, scheduling meetings for our Sales Executives & CEO, and helping us experiment and improve our outbound strategy.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development or lead generation (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Experience selling to technical audiences or in the manufacturing/hardware space/software
- A true team player excited to work in a startup environment
