Social Media Manager (Lifestyle Brands)

Avira is a leading creative marketing agency based in Tel-Aviv.

We are looking for a Creative Account Manager to join our team.

This isn't your typical account manager role. We need someone who can manage clients with precision while having a sharp eye for what makes content move the needle.

The Role:

• Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building trust and ensuring their business goals are met.
• Creative Operations: Manage the workflow of high-volume social content (Reels, TikTok, etc.) from brief to final delivery.
• Project Leadership: Oversee large-scale creative campaigns, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and on brand.
• Quality Control: You aren’t just "sending files." You understand creative. You know how to give constructive feedback to editors and designers to ensure the output is top-tier.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Account Management or Project Management within a Creative/Digital Agency or Production house.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Fluent in Hebrew & English.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with proven experience in lifestyle brands.

If most of your background is in real estate, B2B, politics, or NGOs - this is probably not the right role, and that’s totally fine!

This role is for you if you:

• Have hands-on experience managing social channels for brands in fashion / beauty / wellness / food / culture / retail / lifestyle
• Know how to build a brand voice, not just post content
• Have a strong visual sense and a natural understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Ads, etc
• Have worked closely with creative, production, photo & video teams
• Understand the difference between “nice-looking content” and content that actually performs

This role is probably not for you if:

• Most of your experience is community management or customer support
• You haven’t worked with consumer or lifestyle brands
• You’re looking for a junior or entry-level position
