PPC Campaign Manager

The Role:

You'll own paid campaigns end-to-end - building, optimizing, and scaling ads that drive real phone calls and booked jobs. High Budgets, fierce competition - 100% performance based. You'll work directly with data, make decisions fast, and be accountable for performance.

What will you do?

• Launch and manage paid campaigns across ad platforms
• Performance focus - scale what works, kill what doesn't
• Test creatives, strategies, and landing pages
• Collaborate with our developers to improve flows and implement AI

Must Haves:

• 2+ years running paid campaigns (Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads)
• Experience optimizing for lead gen (bonus)
• You know your way around Ads Manager, GA4, and spreadsheets
• Strong analytical thinking - you make decisions based on numbers
• Clear English communication
• Self-driven - you don't wait to be told what to optimize
