Field Application Engineer

We are a growing Israeli startup specializing in access control and face recognition solutions, and we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role that includes installations, technical support, and on-site service for business customers.

Responsibilities
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of access control systems
• Customer Support
• On-site technical support and service at customer locations
• Basic system testing and coordination with the integration / development team

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Low Voltage installation– mandatory
• Experience with access control systems, CCTV, alarms, or security systems – strong advantage
• Basic knowledge of IP networking (LAN, switches, TCP/IP) – advantage
• Ability to work independently, high technical responsibility, and good communication skills
