תיאור משרה

• אחריות לניהול המשמרת תוך שמירה על בטיחות עובדים, איכות ובטיחות מזון ועמידה בתוכנית הייצור
• אחריות לניהול צוות המונה כ-30 עובדים/ות
• קליטת עובדים/ות חדשים/ות והקצאת משאבים להדרכתם, אחריות להסמכתם ושיפור מתמיד במקצועיותם
• אחריות לזמינות מכונות ושמירה על תפוקות עבודה גבוהות
• מתן מענה לתקלות בתהלכי עבודה
• קביעת סדרי עדיפויות בתוכנית המשמרת
• עבודה מול ממשקים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים
  
  

• ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוותי עבודה
• ניסיון בניהול צוות להשגת יעדי ייצור- חובה
• Proven experience in managing work teams
• Experience in managing a team to achieve production targets - required
• Technical / machinery-oriented aptitude - required
• Ability to work with computer systems - required
• אורינטציה טכנית/למכונות- חובה

• Responsible for shift management while ensuring employee safety, food quality and safety, and compliance with the production plan
• Responsible for managing a team of approximately 30 employees
• Onboarding new employees and allocating resources for their training; responsible for their certification and continuous improvement of their professional skills
• Responsible for machine availability and maintaining high production output
• Providing solutions to issues in work processes
• Setting priorities within the shift production plan
• Working with internal and external organizational interfaces
